JRW Gear Traitor - Magnacut

Stab tradition in the back

Designed by photographer, knife collector and EDC designer, Jamie Williams, and manufactured by Tactile Knife Co. in Texas, the JRW Gear Traitor is a convergence of aesthetic and aggression, crafted to captivate without a single sacrifice to utility and ergonomics.

Stabbing tradition in the back, the JRW Gear Traitor features a modified Wharncliffe blade made from Magnacut supersteel, which is arguably the most advanced steel available today. The Wharncliffe blade makes light work of any EDC task, with the added benefit of having equal cutting power throughout the entire blade length.

In hand, the lightweight Richlite scales provide enhanced grip and control, while the signature row of four lanyard holes adds more than just style. Experiment with cord wraps to enhance your grip and add beads for a more efficient draw. The steel within each hole is even chamfered to give you a glimmer of light at the right angle.

Sparing no expense, everything from the custom titanium hardware and Boltaron sheath made by Chattanooga Leather Works to the custom box and even the ink printed on the box are all produced in the USA. If you're looking for a modern work of functional art – this is it.
