From Gothenburg, Sweden, Marcus (@__macktheknife__) works with kids with special needs while working part-time at a motorcycle shop. For him, less is always more and that’s the guiding philosophy of his EDC. Read on for his full rig rundown and find out how Marcus uses each and every one of his carefully chosen tools.
I’m Marcus, a father of three lovely little kids and husband to a wonderful wife. I work with kids with all sorts at a special needs high school. The school is a short bike ride from home just outside of Gothenburg.
I also work extra at a motorcycle shop. I get to try out all sorts of two-wheeled motorized toys. Having three kids, there’s not much time for riding motorcycles though. In my spare time, I’m mostly with my family and friends. I enjoy music, movies, video games, cars, and riding bikes (even the ones with pedals).
I first got into EDC a couple of years ago when I got my Cadet. After that, I started following some EDC-accounts on Instagram, and BOOM, you’re hooked! For me, less is more. That’s the way my EDC is built. I prefer high value over bling. All of my gear is getting used properly.
Favorite EDC Tool:
My Victorinox Cadet is still my favourite and I carry and use it every day.
What's On Your Gear Radar:
A small flashlight and/or a custom SAK.
