About the Job
Are you an EDC gear head? Do you already scroll through IG and Facebook drooling over cool gear and sharing witty remarks with your fellow junkie? Share your enthusiasm with us and the rest of our fast-growing community and become the Urban EDC Community Manager!
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, problem-solving, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our small, fast-moving team. You will lead our Customer Service department as well as be the lead on grassroots community engagement. You will play a crucial role as we expand our business and operations in making sure that the Customer has the best experience possible. You’ll be representing one of the fastest growing brands in EDC while helping your friends!
We view the customer experience holistically. The Community Manager will take ownership of our customer service platform, as well as be responsible for social media, marketing strategy, and building/scaling the processes necessary to run a successful customer experience from end to end
Qualifications
This is a full-time, remote position. It will be contract to hire to ensure the right fit for you and us!
We are looking for someone who is well versed in all facets of everyday carry. This person should have experience in customer service, all social media platforms, and be able to tell us the difference between a sheepsfoot and drop point blades. Writing samples are a plus!
