Custom Seigaiha Pilar
Where minimal design meets maximum utility. Designed by none other than custom knife designer, Jesper Voxnaes, the CRKT Pilar is an ultra-compact everyday carry folder that punches way above its weight class.
Named after Ernest Hemingway’s beloved boat – the 38-foot long vessel that he used for renegade surveillance of German U-boats during WWII in Caribbean waters – the Pilar is small in the pocket yet huge in function.
The satin-finished 2.4” flat grind blade features a generous belly for slicing cuts and a fine (but robust) tip for precision and detailed work. The frame lock mechanism allows for maximum stability and security, while the choil lets your choke up for enhanced handling.
What's more, this exclusively lasered edition features solid stainless steel scales that were custom engraved with a traditional Japanese Seigaiha motif that symbolizes an unending wave of good fortune and fortitude.
Inspired by the OG Renaissance man in Hemmingway (WWI combat vet, big-game hunter, sailor, and fisherman), this exclusive Seigaiha Pilar will be the perfect companion for all of your life's greatest adventures.
