It really doesn't get much better than this. Fresh from the workshop of Enrique Peña himself is this custom Dogleg Front Flipper. This is the original upon which the production version from Boker is based. This, right here, is the Real McCoy.
Locked and menacingly loaded, the Dogleg Front Flipper unites the world of traditional slip joint knives with modern, tactical blades. On the cutting edge, it features a hand-rubbed CPM-154 spear point blade, which provides a generous belly for slicing, along with a needle-like tip for precision work and cuts.
Running on ceramic ball bearings, it features a subtle front flipper that fires the blade forward with duel-worthy speed. However, when you're kicking out, there's also an elegantly discreet nail nick that will please even the staunchest of slip joint purists.
Timelessly elegant, the handle scales are made from lightweight micarta in a suitably vintage green and dark brown colorway. A milled tip-up pocket clip completes this modern classic that exudes all the old-world charm of a traditional blade with modern, innovative touches.
Not surprisingly, we only have one of these, because a custom Peña is highly prized by collectors and connoisseurs, and is hard to come by. So set your sights and make your move now to secure your very own custom Enrique Peña Dogleg Front Flipper.
