The essential Barlow
Note: Each batch of these knives will feature slightly different lines in the 26c3 steel, and will vary from the stock photographs shown. Thanks!
Tracy knows knives. Putting his own unique spin on things, the Tracy LaRock Knives Ethan Jack is a stunning EDC folder that combines the classic lines and old-world charm of a slip joint, with modern materials, appointments, and styling.
As a full-time soldier, currently serving with the Texas Army National Guard, Tracy grew up on a farm and spent every spare moment hunting, trapping, and fishing. Leveraging his lifelong obsession, Tracy honed his craft alongside veteran knife makers like Luke Swenson, Jared Oser, and Enrique Pena among others – and the rest is history.
Built for modern-day demands, the blade and spring on the Tracy LaRock Knives Ethan Jack are made from "Spicy White" Uddeholm 26C3 steel, which is not only tough as nails but also features a gorgeous wave pattern, reminiscent of the Hamon pattern on samurai blades.
The clean and uncluttered handles are chamfered for extra comfort in the hand and feature lightweight black G10 scales for enhanced grip, traction, and durability. Custom black stainless steel screws and your choice of mill relieved brass or steel liners complete this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
As with every Tracy LaRock creation, each blade is carefully considered and individually handcrafted to perfection right here in America. If you're looking for something that's a familiar hand with elevated performance – look no further.
