Everyday Carry of a Director of Logistics from Austin, Texas

This week, we interview Landon (@tactical_trinkets). He's the Director of Logistics for a medical equipment company in Austin, Texas. He prefers his carry to be simple, yet effective and rugged. Why did he have a tough time choosing his favorite EDC gear? Read on to find out!

Featured Tools:

Wallet: Recycled Firefighter
Knife: Spyderco Techno
Multi-tool: Koch Tools Solo
Multi-tool Knife: Victorinox Swiss Army Knife
Handkerchief: Hanks by Hank

Background:

Landon works at a medical equipment company in Austin, Texas. During his leisure time, Landon enjoys fishing, hunting, playing the guitar, and cooking up a good barbecue. When asked how he got into EDC, he tells us that he's always been interested in various "EDC" of sorts. However, when he discovered the EDC community on Instagram, his interest grew into a strong passion. His first piece from Instagram was the original Koch Tools Solo but then he quickly expanded into knives, tools, handkerchiefs, flashlights, and all other types of EDC gear.

Landon even designed and produced a small batch of his own tool about a year ago. However, since then, he has decided to enjoy just collecting various EDC tools instead of producing them.

Favorite EDC Tool:

When asked this question, he hesitated for a bit deciding between his Koch Tools Solo and his Swiss Army Knife. In the end, he chose his Swiss Army Knife for its versatility. He tells us that it's hard to beat so many functions in such a small tool.
