Pre-Owned: Burnley Kihon - Rose Patterned, '90s Fade Anodized Ti

Refined Basics

Condition: Excellent (Like New)

Most knife enthusiasts will know Lucas Burnley as the creator of the Kwaiken folders, and the Kihon lives up to the his reputation for quality and aesthetic. The word Kihon is a Japanese term meaning “fundamentals”. The term is used to refer to the techniques that are taught and practiced as the foundation of most Japanese martial arts. And in the Kihon, we see a beautifully minimal pocket knife that extols the values of simplicity and refinement.

This robust mid-tech Kihon features a titanium frame lock construction. It also comes with a slightly wider blade profile, which adds to its versatility. It is both a tactical blade as well as a highly capable everyday carry utility knife. The handle  showcases the well-known Burnley rose pattern and is finished off with a beautiful '90s fade anodization.

The blade steel is a stonewashed CPM-154, which holds an edge exceptionally well while being highly corrosion resistant. The ball-bearing pivot ensures silky-smooth, friction-free flipping, while the lock stop limits the travel of the frame lock actuator.
